Life brings a mix of highs, lows, and everything in between. Wherever you are on your journey, Paige is here to meet you and walk alongside you. She has had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate challenges like grief, anxiety, OCD, trauma, ADHD, depression, body image issues, eating disorders, sexuality and gender exploration, and life transitions.
Paige believes that therapy should be a space where growth feels safe, collaborative, and even enjoyable. Understanding that healing looks different for everyone, she focuses on creating a warm, calm, and supportive environment where you can explore what healing means for you.
Her mission is to help you become your best self through self-love, compassion, and empathy. Paige uses an integrative approach, blending person-centered therapy, mindfulness, behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy, to help you find balance and inner peace. She knows that a non-judgmental and supportive atmosphere is key to fostering healing, growth, and positive change.
