About Mindfulness
Mindfulness means living in the present moment. Essentially, it means being (intentionally) more aware and awake to each moment and being fully engaged in what is happening in one's surroundings – with acceptance and without judgment.
To live more mindfully, we can teach and help you practice being intentional - choosing to cultivate your awareness. Paying attention - to the present moment, sensations, and thoughts, and cultivating a more positive attitude - being kind, curious, and non-judgmental toward self and others.
